SSC CGL Selection Process 2026
The SSC CGL 2026 selection process consists of:
- Stage 1: Prelims Examination. It is an objective test which comprises General Intelligence, Quantitative Aptitude, English, and General Awareness.
- Stage 2: Main Exam. It consists of various tests depending on the post applied for. It is composed of Mathematics, English, Statistics, and other disciplines.
- Stage 3: Descriptive Paper. It is based on an assessment of communication skills, which only applies to some posts.
- Stage 4: Skill/Computer Test. It consists of an assessment of computer skills, which only applies to some posts.
- Document Verification & Final Merit Verification of documents and preparation of the final merit list is based on the performance in all the stages.
