    What is the City Intimation Slip?

    RRB NTPC UG City Intimation Slip Or City Slip is a document released 7 to 10 days before the examination. It simply tells you the city where your examination centre is. This is NOT your admission card and can not be used for entry in examination hall.

    The city slip is issued first so candidates can make travel and accommodation arrangements in advance. The admit card itself, which is your official entry pass, is released 3 to 4 days before the date of your exam.

    How to Download the City Intimation Slip

    • Go to rrb.digialm.com or your regional RRB website.
    • On the home page locate “CEN 07/2025 - City Intimation Slip for CBT 1”.
    • Enter your Registration Number and Date of Birth. Press Login.

    Two Parts of the RRB NTPC UG Admit Card

    RRB NTPC Admit Card has two parts. One part is the Candidate Copy which you should keep safe with you even after the examination. The other part is RRB Copy to be collected by the staff at the examination centre. Print both parts together and do not separate before the exam. Please keep your Candidate Copy safe as it might be required for document verification and medical tests in the later stages of the recruitment process.

    Documents to Carry with the Admit Card on Exam Day

    Carrying the required documents along with the admit card is equally important. Applicants must carry all the essential documents for verification at the exam center. They may not be permitted to enter the examination hall if any required document is missing.

    RRB NTPC UG Exam Day Instructions

    • Arrive at the examination centre at least 60 minutes before your shift reporting time.
    • Gate Closure: The gate is closed at a specified time. No matter the reason, no candidate will be allowed after the gate closes.
    • The exam will be conducted in three shifts a day. Your exact shift timing will be printed on your admit card.
    • Fingerprint scans and photo matching will be performed at the entry gate.
    • Rough sheets are provided at the exam centre. You must hand the rough sheet back to the supervisor before leaving the hall.
    Note: All three shifts are done on the same day. Candidates will have to report only at the time mentioned in their admit card. If your exam is in the second or third shift, do not come along with the candidates of the first shift since you may have to wait unnecessarily.
